Jerrod Rosen, a native of Boulder, Colorado, is deeply entrenched in real estate and hospitality, a legacy passed down through generations in his family. With roots tracing back to Denver, his great-grandfather, Morris Klausner, established Golden Rule Dry Goods in 1922, a mere seven blocks away from where Jerrod now manages Rye Society, a renowned Jewish deli lauded as the Best Deli by 5280 Magazine.
The tradition of real estate entrepreneurship continued with Jerrod’s grandparents, who built their first apartment buildings in 1958 in the Sloans Lake neighborhood. These properties remained within the family for over six decades. His grandfather worked as a real estate agent at Jordan Perlmutter and Co. for 40 years, during which he played a pivotal role in the master planning of Northglenn.
Jerrod honed his skills in commercial real estate during his seven-year tenure at Kudan Group in Chicago. His innate leadership abilities led him to establish KG Consulting, a division of Kudan Group dedicated to guiding restaurateurs through every stage of opening including lease negotiation, development, operations, expansion, management, and revenue analysis.
Returning to Denver in 2018, Jerrod started investing in real estate alongside his wife, Li. Together, they renovated and transformed their first property into a successful house hack. Currently, they manage five units, employing a mix of long-term rentals and a short-term rental in Phoenix.
In 2021, Jerrod launched HAVN Property Management, a short-term rental management company catering to property owners in Phoenix, Denver, and Arvada. Committed to optimizing their clients’ rental businesses for profitability.
Now, as a valued member of The FI Team, Jerrod is thrilled to share his wealth of experience and passion for real estate with both new and seasoned investors alike, hoping to lead them towards financial independence.
