When I reached out to Craig I had been studying investing and analyzing properties for months and just couldn’t come up with a way to make money in the Denver market. I have a family so I told him I wasn’t interested in house hacking per se. He introduced me to the rent by the room approach and to a property manager and I finally felt like I was finding my way to financial independence! Craig did an excellent job representing me as my agent in my first house hack and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a house hack or any home purchase. I relied on his expertise with selecting a home that would work for my investment strategy, which was finding a home that would cash flow the maximum amount possible. Even more beneficial has been the help he has been able to provide post-closing, which includes recommending various subcontractors to help with various projects around the house, setting up an AirBnB unit and walking me through that process, and advice on how to find & screen potential tenants to rent by the room. The process of being under contract went smoothly as well. We had to amend the contract multiple times and this was easily facilitated with the help of his transaction coordinator; his communication throughout the process was excellent as well.
